ARDEX P 38 is a one-component dispersion green slab sealer for use on internal porous and non-porous substrates. It is designed to block capillary moisture up to 95% RH, making it ideal for various flooring applications, including those involving ARDEX levellers.

USE 

ARDEX P 38 is used on absorbent, smooth and dense surfaces such as concrete. Does not require sand broadcasting under ARDEX Levellers. Over substrates containing construction moisture and have a suitable and intact DPM in place. Up to 95% RH for non heated slabs or 85% RH for radiant or hydronic heated slabs.
